Peter enjoys learning about educators’ approaches to different kinds of challenges. As a site-based researcher, Peter has studied academic departments, interdepartmental programs, and core (e.g., Intervention and Referral Services) teams. Whether he is evaluating progress on a single school’s improvement plans or a district-wide mandate, Peter strives to honor good work while identifying areas for improvement.
